The course is intended for teaching the dental students the basic elements of general pathology as a fundamental basis for other dental courses, and the major aspects of the most important systemic diseases that may impact the health of their patients and affect their dental management. The course consists of lectures and practical sessions. The practical part of the course is designed to implement the theoretical knowledge presented through the lectures, and to add towards the comprehension of the various lesions that occur in the human body.
