This course explains the concept of entrepreneurship, the factors for the emergence of entrepreneurship, the benefits of entrepreneurship, and the obstacles and challenges facing entrepreneurs. It also includes a definition of innovation and creativity and their role in entrepreneurship. It shows the incentives and obstacles of creativity, the mechanism of generating ideas into mature entrepreneurial projects, and explains the relationship of entrepreneurship to establishing an enterprise. Small business and how to provide factors for the success of a small business and avoid the causes of its failure, and the approach to preparing a business plan for the project, with an analysis of project management, financing activities, marketing, and some other business functions related to ownership and management of small businesses.
