This course is designed to give the student foundation knowledge to understand prosthetics and orthotic electrically powered components. Topics include basic concepts, DC circuits, AC circuits, power supplies, amplifiers, feedback, sensors, and electrodes. These principles are applied to a program in laboratory experiments.
