التطور الطبيعي للكلام واللغة والسمع

The course aims to provide students with the background knowledge of the typical development of speech-language and hearing skills. The course will cover the communication developmental milestones from infancy through adolescence with an overview of embryological development as it pertains to related systems. In addition, it will cover language acquisition theories, cognitive processes and prelinguistic skills. Finally, a brief comparison of the typical and atypical development will be provided.
