This course introduces students to the food and beverage industry's services and operations. It provides an overview of the evolution of food and beverage services, as well as their operations and management phases, including planning for food and beverage management, product costs and restaurant sector, contract, travel, and public sector catering, purchasing and storage, production and service, food and beverage control, and food and beverage marketing.
