This theoretical course is designed to cover the fundamentals of separations and chromatographic techniques and their applications in analytical sciences. Topics to be covered include: Gas Chromatography, High-Performance Liquid Chromatography, Chromatographic Methods and Capillary Electrophoresis. The approaches of sample preparation including solvent and solid-phase extraction are presented as well.
