This course introduces the bases to solve the problems of water resources and increases the student’s skills to deal with hydrologic cycle topics. It also introduces the occurrence of groundwater in different rock formations, water resources, determining water depths, groundwater prospection, effect of structures on the groundwater flow, types of aquifers and their properties, knowing Darcy's law and its applications, groundwater flow equation, groundwater wells, groundwater chemistry, studying the groundwater aquifers and their properties in Al Madinah Al Munawarah, Saudi Arabia.
