This course provides practical translation training from English into Arabic to develop the students’ translation skills. It presents several theoretical translation notions that would enhance the students’ practical translation skills. It deals with English texts taken from various text types. Different approaches for solving translation problems are also practiced. The course also focuses on in-class dictionary practice to choose the correct meaning in context.
