It also discusses tablet manufacturing, tablet coating, modified release tablets, hard and soft gelatin capsules manufacture, aerosol principle and filling processes and preparations of all types of semisolids. The course provides an understanding of transdermal drug delivery systems and some drug delivery approaches such as iontophoresis, phonophoresis and microneedles.
