Course General Description

This course focuses on the pharmacokinetic profiling (absorption,
distribution, metabolism and elimination (ADME)) of drugs. It is
mainly addressing effects of the body on the drugs in normal and
disease states to extract mathematical models describing the
pharmacokinetics of the drugs and from which dosage regimens are
concluded and designed.
