The course deals with an introduction to management, as it reviews the concept of management, its importance, its fields, administrative levels, and the administrative skills of managers, in addition to the stages of management development through comparison between different schools of administrative thought, as well as an analysis of all types of environmental elements and their impact on business organizations, in addition to an analysis of management functions represented in planning.
