The Cybersecurity Administration was independently established under the Deanship of Information Technology in accordance with the Royal Decree No. 37140 dated 14/8/1438. It is organizationally affiliated with the university presidency. The Cybersecurity Administration is responsible for managing and governing cybersecurity by implementing necessary frameworks, policies, and security procedures to ensure the safety of Taibah University's technical and informational assets. It ensures effective management of all potential cybersecurity risks and threats and applies necessary preventive technical solutions, as well as monitoring the operational performance of the cybersecurity technologies and systems used in the university, ensuring their continuous update and development. the university's level in the field of cybersecurity, maintaining and strengthening the cybersecurity resilience at the university, and protecting from potential internal and external cyber risks.
