Administration of Inventory Control

This oversight administration is responsible for safeguarding public funds by monitoring and recording the University’s assets and maintaining the supporting documentation. It also supervises the central warehouse and the University’s branch warehouses and regulates disbursement procedures in accordance with Article (24) of the Rules and Procedures of Government Warehouses, ensuring sound procedures and promoting the efficient use of resources.
