Overview

The Administration of Student Rights is dedicated to raising students’ awareness of their academic and non-academic rights and responsibilities, and to clarifying the official procedures for obtaining them within the University.

Objectives

  • Receive student complaints through the "Insifni" system.
  • Study student complaints and grievances referred by the Permanent Committee for Student Rights in accordance with established systems and regulations.
  • Examine complaints referred by the University President in line with applicable systems and regulations.
  • Raise awareness, provide guidance, and correct student behaviors highlighted by complaints.
  • Educate students about their academic and non-academic rights and responsibilities.
