The mission of The Master’s Program in Educational Administration and Leadership (Coursework and Graduation Research Track), is summarized in the following statement:
"To qualify practitioners and researchers in the field of educational administration and leadership at the local and international levels, by providing them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and values ​​that enable them to master scientific research, develop educational administration and leadership, and solve its problems at various educational levels."

Program Goals:
Based on the mission of The Master’s Program in Educational Administration and Leadership (Coursework and Graduation Research Track), the program seeks to prepare graduates who can:
1. Apply the concepts and functions of educational administration and leadership and bridge the gap between theory and practice in various educational contexts.
2. Design and implement training programs in the field of educational administration and leadership according to scientific principles.
3. Analyze and address administrative problems in educational institutions using performance measurement tools and indicators, as well as quality assurance and continuous improvement methodologies.
4. Prepare and conduct rigorous scientific research adhering to scientific methodology and research ethics in the field of educational administration and leadership.
