Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon His noble Messenger, and upon his family and companions, and thereafter:
The College of Law at Taibah University was established in 1432 AH, to be the first college with the title of "Law" at the level of universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The young college has taken steady steps with the care of the leaders of this blessed country, with its sights set on improving learning outcomes and supplying the labor market with highly qualified legal professionals, both male and female, at a distinguished level that aims to compete locally and globally.
With significant support from the Ministry of Education and key decision-makers at Taibah University, starting from the University President, and under the supervision of the Vice President for Educational Affairs, the college has been able to offer three programs: the first being a Bachelor’s in Law, followed by Master’s programs in Private Law and Public Law. The diverse experiences of the faculty members and their academic backgrounds have positively reflected on the quality of the college's output.
The college places great importance on the periodic review of curricula to keep pace with the requirements of the labor market and to achieve the goals of Vision 2030.
The college is also working on obtaining accreditations for its academic programs to ensure a distinguished level of education and scientific research.
In conclusion, I am pleased to extend my sincere thanks to all those who contributed to the establishment and development of the college, from leaders, academics, and administrators, for their efforts in elevating and advancing the college.
I wish the college, its students, male and female graduates, and alumni continued success and excellence in serving our dear country, may Allah preserve and protect it.
