A student is denied entry to the final examination if their absence exceeds 25% of lectures or practical sessions.
A student must submit a formal request to the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs before the examination period, supported by a valid excuse, provided that the absence does not exceed 40% of the total course sessions.
Students may submit a medical or official excuse within two weeks of the examination date. If the excuse is accepted, the student is entitled to request a make-up examination.
