The College of Science in Yanbu organizes an awareness event titled “All About Bugs.”

The College of Science in Yanbu organized an awareness event titled “All About Bugs”, in collaboration between the Student Activities Unit and the Department of Biology, aiming to spread scientific awareness about insects and their importance in the ecosystem by highlighting their roles in pollination, decomposition, and maintaining ecological balance.

The event included the presentation of scientific information and facts about different types of insects, as well as correcting common misconceptions among students and the community regarding them, while enhancing scientific understanding of their environmental importance.

It also aimed to develop students’ research and presentation skills, promote interactive learning and teamwork, and raise scientific awareness while encouraging initiative and applied learning.
