The College of Science at Taibah University–Yanbu launched the Energy Switch Forum to raise awareness of renewable energy.

The College of Science at the Yanbu Branch of Taibah University launched the Energy Switch Forum on May 23, 2023, under the patronage of the President of Taibah University, to promote awareness of renewable energy and environmental sustainability.

The forum brought together faculty members and students from the Departments of Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Statistics, and Biology. It also featured contributions from Saudi Aramco and Yanbu Industrial College, enriching the event with practical expertise and national experiences in renewable energy.

The initiative benefited approximately 1,300 participants from the university and the wider community, reflecting its significant role in raising awareness of renewable energy and sustainability.
