It also possesses specialized expertise in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as in designing and delivering programs for human resource development and institutional capacity building for both governmental and private organizations.
The Institute’s proactive approach and forward-looking vision have established it as a strategic partner for more than 200 governmental and private entities. Since 2005, the Institute of Research and Consulting at Taibah University has been serving these organizations, reflecting its commitment to excellence, efficiency, and the high quality of services provided to its clients.

The Institute of Research and Consulting seeks to utilize, develop, and enhance the University’s research, professional, consulting, and supervisory capacities to serve the productive and service sectors of society. In particular, the Institute aims to achieve the following objectives:
Activating contract-based research activities within the University and completing the necessary infrastructure for scientific research.
Establishing strong linkages with various sectors of society and directing research, consulting, and supervisory activities to support national development programs.
Assisting the Kingdom’s productive and service sectors in improving their performance through scientific research, studies, contractual consulting, and joint technical and professional supervision.
Enhancing international cooperation with institutions outside the Kingdom and concluding joint working agreements in research and consulting fields through contractual projects.
Serving as a center of expertise for all sectors of society.
