The Vice Deanship of the College for Academic Affairs, represented by the Field Training Unit at the College of Applied Medical Sciences in Yanbu, launched an advanced preparatory program for female students expected to graduate at the end of the second semester of the academic year 1447 AH. The program was delivered under the supervision of faculty members and attended by 146 students.

The program aimed to enhance students’ readiness for the internship phase by providing them with essential knowledge and skills related to professional practice in healthcare settings. It also introduced them to hospital work systems, application procedures, organizational requirements, and the ethical and professional standards that govern the healthcare sector.

The program further emphasized effective communication, professional discipline, and teamwork within the healthcare environment, contributing to the development of students’ clinical competence and professional confidence.

This initiative reflects the college’s commitment to preparing qualified healthcare professionals who are equipped to practice safely and effectively, in alignment with labor market needs and the advancement of healthcare quality.
