As part of the efforts of the College of Science at Taibah University to enhance educational and applied activities, a scientific initiative was organized aiming to link physical concepts with real-life applications and to develop students’ scientific and cognitive skills through a stimulating interactive learning environment.
The initiative included a variety of scientific booths and interactive experiments that presented diverse content in physics, including radiation physics, applied physics, and computational physics. It also showcased several future technologies such as renewable energy, artificial intelligence, and communication technologies, while highlighting the contributions of the Kingdom in scientific and technological fields.
The event aimed to enhance participants’ communication and scientific explanation skills, simplify physical concepts and relate them to practical applications, support volunteer work and community engagement within the university environment, and strengthen teamwork, organization, and event management skills.
It also sought to encourage interest in future scientific disciplines among visitors, raise scientific awareness, and motivate them to pursue science and technology fields, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to build a knowledge-based society founded on innovation and sustainability.
The event was held on 1/11/147H in the ground floor lobby of the College of Science.
