Successful Conclusion of the “Tamkeen” Bootcamp for Promoting Inclusive Education and Developing Inclusive Teaching Practices

The Deanship of Development and Quality at Taibah University in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, in collaboration with the Administration for the Care of Persons with Disabilities, implemented the “Tamkeen” Bootcamp, which was held over two days. The bootcamp aimed to enhance faculty members’ competencies in developing inclusive teaching practices and to strengthen their ability to create learning environments that respond to the needs of students with disabilities and support their active engagement in the educational process.

 

The organization of the bootcamp aligns with the University’s strategic direction toward institutionalizing the principles of inclusive education and sustaining educational practices that ensure equal opportunities. It also contributes to empowering students with disabilities to actively integrate into the university environment.
