Overview

The Office of the University President places great importance on working in a spirit of teamwork within an integrated administrative system that contributes to achieving the University’s vision and strategic objectives. It is committed to facilitating administrative procedures, removing obstacles, and ensuring efficiency and timely execution.

The Office serves as the primary link between the University President and all sectors and departments, both within and outside the University. It strengthens communication frameworks by providing multiple effective channels that promote collaboration and integration with relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising and monitoring all administrative and technical units affiliated with the Office of the University President.

  • Communicating with university sectors regarding incoming and outgoing correspondence related to the Office.

  • Coordinating, when necessary, with governmental and non-governmental entities, including completing required procedures prior to submission to Her Excellency the University President.

  • Creating a distinguished and effective work environment, and building a team that ensures improved quality of performance and outputs.

  • Reviewing and auditing transactions before and/or after submission to Her Excellency the University President.

  • Handling transactions that do not require submission to Her Excellency the University President and referring them to the relevant entity.
