Taibah University Medical Center Successfully Concludes the First Phase of Its Diabetes Awareness and Early Detection Campaign

^{Taibah University Medical Center, in collaboration with the Saudi Charitable Association of Diabetes (SCAD), has successfully concluded the first phase of its Diabetes Awareness and Early Detection Campaign. The campaign was conducted from February to June 2026 across several university locations, aiming to promote health awareness and encourage the early detection of diabetes.}

^{During the first phase, nine field campaigns were carried out, benefiting 776 university staff and affiliates. Services provided included blood glucose screening, individualized health consultations and education, nutrition awareness, distribution of blood glucose monitoring devices to eligible beneficiaries, and referral of cases requiring further assessment to the specialized clinics at the University Medical Center.}
