Taibah University Medical Center Launches the “Protect Your Health and Choose a Smoke-Free Life” Campaign

Taibah University Medical Center in collaboration with the Permanent Committee for Mental Health Promotion and the Tayyib Anti-Smoking Association, launched the“Protect Your Health and Choose a Smoke-Free Life” campaign on April 29, 2026, to promote awareness of the health risks of smoking and encourage a tobacco-free lifestyle.

The campaign featured two educational sessions delivered byDr. Abdullah Al-Sarrani Consultant in Public Health, and Prof. Abdulmohsen Al-Zalbani, Consultant in Preventive Medicine and Public Health. It also included educational booths, health consultations, awareness materials, and information about the University Medical Center’s Smoking Cessation Clinic, reinforcing the Center’s commitment to promoting health and disease prevention across the university community.
