The University Vice Presidency at Taibah University is one of the main pillars of the University’s administrative and financial system. It oversees key sectors, develops procedures in line with strategic directions, and ensures the optimal use of assets and infrastructure. By providing integrated administrative and operational support, it enables the University’s units to focus on education, research, and community service, while fostering efficiency, safety, and sustainability.


 

Duties of the University Vice Presidency

  • Supervising administrative and financial affairs and managing the University’s resources in line with the highest standards of efficiency and transparency.
  • Preparing financial plans and ensuring proper expenditure to achieve spending efficiency and financial sustainability.
  • Overseeing the University’s capital projects and monitoring their implementation to ensure quality and developmental impact.
  • Managing the University’s assets, investing and maintaining them to enhance sustainability and operational efficiency.
  • Supervising the operation and maintenance of infrastructure and facilities to ensure continuous readiness.
  • Developing and updating administrative and operational systems and policies to strengthen institutional performance.
  • Providing administrative and operational support to academic, research, and service sectors of the University.
  • Promoting digital transformation in administrative processes and procedures to achieve efficiency and institutional governance.
  • Following up on the implementation of operational plans that support the University’s strategic objectives.
  • Contributing to improving service quality and achieving stakeholder satisfaction within and outside the University.
