Duties of the University Vice Presidency

  • Supervising administrative and financial affairs and managing the University’s resources in line with the highest standards of efficiency and transparency.
  • Preparing financial plans and ensuring proper expenditure to achieve spending efficiency and financial sustainability.
  • Overseeing the University’s capital projects and monitoring their implementation to ensure quality and developmental impact.
  • Managing the University’s assets, investing and maintaining them to enhance sustainability and operational efficiency.
  • Supervising the operation and maintenance of infrastructure and facilities to ensure continuous readiness.
  • Developing and updating administrative and operational systems and policies to strengthen institutional performance.
  • Providing administrative and operational support to academic, research, and service sectors of the University.
  • Promoting digital transformation in administrative processes and procedures to achieve efficiency and institutional governance.
  • Following up on the implementation of operational plans that support the University’s strategic objectives.
  • Contributing to improving service quality and achieving stakeholder satisfaction within and outside the University.
