His Excellency University Rector Dr. Mansour Mohamed Nuzha announced that Taibah University and the American University of Colorado have signed a memorandum of partnership for collaboration in a number of areas both literary and scientific.
H.E. declared that according to the terms of this agreement the two universities shall collaborate in delivering lectures and discussing joint research opportunities in various disciplines in accordance with the concept of partnership between Saudi universities and other prestigious universities in full alignment with Saudi higher education strategies.
Dr. Al Nuzha explained that this agreement was part of a comprehensive framework of scientific activities included in the memorandum of partnership signed by Taibah University and The American University of Colorado. The memorandum also includes collaboration in various aspects of academic activities, such as the promoting of joint research and studies projects, exchanging students and visiting lecturer from their respective academic faculty, benefiting from graduating studies programs and exchanging expertise in different academic areas.
H.E. added that the university management vision was achieving total quality in all areas, as this is a basic requirement for educational goals, as well as focusing on outstanding academic performance by both academic faculty members and students and mutual cooperation between them.
H.E. informed that Taibah University has pursued since its foundation valuable partnerships with prestigious international universities to further the development of the university in all academic and managerial aspects, in order to accelerate the achievement of the ambitious goals set by Royal Highness KingAbdullahbin Abdul Aziz and His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz for the development of Saudi universities and the achievement of scientific vanguard and for reaching the standards of prestigious international universities. He also added that this agreement will result in the mutual benefitting from the results of academic achievements, and will encourage researchers and individuals seeking to develop their potentials in the areas of technology and research.
