The University Development Deanship Creates an Electronic Program to Manage the Training Programs and Services

The University Development Deanship designed an integral program to manage the training programs implemented by the Deanship for the employees of Taibah University.
 
The University Development Dean Dr. Bandar Muhammad Al Sayed Al Matary said that the program, designed and prepared by the Programs and Training Manager Mr. Abdur Rahman Bin Ali Al Ghamdy and programmed by Engineer Osama Bin Khalid Al Mare’, includes several properties, notably the addition of the trainers information and the authorities collaborating with the Deanship. As well, adding and managing the training halls, training programs, reporting news on the training programs and others, registration and preparation at the courses electronically, assessment, nomination for the Administration Institute Programs and sending automatic messages to the e-mails and Jawals of the employees.
 
 
Dr. Al Matary added that a mechanism to print several reports automatically has been added. The most important reports include an individual training program report, final report of the Deanship programs, trainers’ rewards, certificates of attendance and thanks, proposals, training programs assessment, in addition to another program that serves the university employees and enables them to submit an application to reserve the training hall, and reviewing the hall reservations in an easy and obvious way.
 
This is in the framework of the seeking of the Deanship to reduce the paper usage in procedures and to add technology in the work of the Development Deanship.
