​Regarding the circular of the promotions 1435 (circular and form are attached)

For the male and female executive and technician employees of the University (Saudi)
Because of starting the preparation of the promotions minute of the first semester of 1435 A.H., the General Department of the Affairs of Faculty Members and Employees asks all those who completed four years till 30/10/1435 A.H. or more in his current rank to fill out the forms attached to the announced (promotion card with the period+ acknowledgment) and to provide us with a letter accredited by the officer in the authority to which the employee belongs, noting that the promotion shall not be possible without these forms and to be submitted to us no later than 28/101435 A.H.
