This course provides an introduction to data analytics, including data mining and several commonly-used statistical learning methods, using R software (which is amongst the fastest-growing open-source software platforms). Topics to be covered by this course include an overview of Introduction to applied data analytics, Review of Statistics, Data Preprocessing, Supervised Learning, Classification, Unsupervised Machine Learning, Performance Measurement in Data Analytics, and Time Series Forecasting, and Causal Analysis.
