This course introduces research concepts and study designs, statistical analysis, and critical analysis of the scientific literature in respiratory therapy. Emphasis will also be placed on evidence-based practice and link to clinical practice. The course is also designed to provide respiratory therapy students with understanding and practicing of the study design, data collection instruments, and basic statistical methods.
