Learners will examine the Logistics Management function of supply chain management that plans, implements, and controls the efficient, effective forward and reverse flow and storage of goods, services, and related information between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet customers’ requirements.
Learners will examine also the principles, practices policies, trends, and current issues within air, maritime, or ground transportation and its role in the Supply Chain. Emphasis on the physical transportation systems involved in the Saudi Arabia as well as on global distribution systems.
