It involves the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of nutritional issues and their impact on health outcomes. The course also covers the physiological and clinical basis of malnutrition related disorders, food allergy and intolerance as well as the diseases affecting cardiovascular, hematological, and endocrine systems.
