This course enriches student learning experience about solar thermal physics and its related technology. It covers major topics about thermal solar energy, how it can be measured, and utilized in various applications as a clean source of energy. Applications technologies such as liquid flat-plate collectors, solar air heaters, and solar water heaters will be addressed.
