This course covers several topics in ordinary differential equations. So it covers the following topics: First order differential equations - linear equations - separable equations - exact equations - initial and boundary value problems - Applications of first order differential equations - Linear higher order differential equations - methods of particular solutions for nonhomogeneous linear second order equations with constant coefficients (variation of parameters and method of undetermined coefficients) - Series solutions of linear equations - Systems of linear first order differential equations - Boundary value problems and Fourier series - Separation of variable method to solve the heat equation in one dimension, the wave equation in one dimension and the Laplace equation in two dimensions.
