An introduction to the principles and functions of engineering management and leadership. Topics include most typical types of decision-making models required by leaders, project planning & control: PERT, activity network analysis and critical path method (CPM), and principles and applications to effectively manage, plan, and control resources and activities. This course puts emphasis on gaining knowledge through teamwork, classroom communication and case studies
