Overview

  • The Beneficiary Care Center was established based on the directive of the Minister of Education (Letter No. 37559939 dated 19/3/1437 AH), which included the creation of such centers in universities. It is administratively linked to the university president. 
  • The university’s organizational structure was approved, and the name was changed from "Beneficiary Care Center" to "Administration of Beneficiary Services." 
  • The administration’s units and organizational guide were structured accordingly.

Objectives

  • Enhance beneficiary satisfaction by providing high-quality services.
  • Build effective communication channels to ensure prompt responses.
  • Promote transparency and improve the beneficiary experience by facilitating access to information and services.
  • Monitor and analyze beneficiary needs and provide recommendations for service development.
  • Contribute to achieving the university’s strategic goals related to community and beneficiary service.
     

Tasks

  • Receive inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various available channels.
  • Direct requests to the relevant departments and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Document all interactions and update records according to approved procedures.
  • Prepare periodic reports including performance indicators and beneficiary satisfaction levels.
  • Improve digital and traditional communication channels to enhance service efficiency.
  • Provide technical and advisory support regarding available services.
  • Participate in evaluating service quality and propose continuous improvement strategies.
  • Coordinate meetings between the university president and beneficiaries, including request intake, scheduling, execution follow-up, and reporting.
