The Master’s Program in Foundations of Education, offered through coursework and  research project, represents one of the distinguished programs that prepares education leaders and researchers. Program Mission
The mission of the Master’s Program in Foundations of Education (Coursework and Research Project Track) is as follows:
“Preparing and qualifying leading national academic and research competencies specialized in the field of Foundations of Education, capable of addressing local and international educational issues and problems, and contributing to the development of educational practice in light of global developments, in a manner consistent with the spirit of the age.”

Program Objectives
The Master’s Program in Foundations of Education (Coursework and Research Project Track) aims to enable students to achieve the following:
1.    Equip students with foundational and advanced knowledge and research competencies aimed at transforming schools from traditional educational roles into contemporary professional learning communities.
2.    Develop the knowledge and skills competencies of program graduates, enabling them to meet labor market demands and serve local development plans in accordance with global trends and the requirements of sustainable development goals.
3.    Provide specialized scientific and research services and consultations that contribute to solving problems in the education sector and the local community through cooperation with relevant social institutions and offering advisory and research educational services within a long-term strategic partnership.
4.    Enable students to conduct rigorous scientific research that contributes to the development of the educational field and the resolution of its challenges.
5.    Prepare students for higher academic levels to obtain a doctoral degree in the specialization.

Program Learning Outcomes
It is expected that graduates of the Master’s Program in Foundations of Education (Coursework and Research Project Track) will achieve the following learning outcomes:
