The Master of Public Law Program at the College of Law, Taibah University aims to prepare qualified legal professionals specializing in areas of law related to public affairs. This is achieved by providing students with in-depth knowledge of constitutional law, administrative law, criminal law, public international law, and other legal disciplines associated with public authorities, their organization, and functions.
The program focuses on developing students’ research and analytical skills and enabling them to understand and interpret national legal systems, as well as to address practical legal issues faced by governmental and judicial bodies. It also provides an academic environment that supports the production of legal knowledge and the advancement of scientific research.
The program is distinguished by offering advanced courses and research workshops that equip students with skills in formulating and analyzing legal problems, qualifying them for employment in governmental sectors, regulatory authorities, the Public Prosecution, administrative القضاء, and academic and research fields.

Admission Requirements

• Fulfillment of the general admission requirements for postgraduate programs.

• Holding a bachelor’s degree in Law or an equivalent qualification with a minimum grade of “Good.”

• Passing the admission tests and competitive selection process approved for the program.
