Department of Clinical Nutrition

The Clinical Nutrition Department is the only educational entity in Yanbu Governorate specialized in preparing professionals in clinical and therapeutic nutrition. It is dedicated to equipping graduates with the competencies needed to provide nutrition care grounded in scientific knowledge and practical application. 

The department adopts comprehensive learning outcomes that enhance graduates’ readiness in nutritional assessment, health education, and preventive intervention within a structured professional skillset. It aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 through its role in supporting quality of life, disease prevention, and empowering healthcare practitioners to implement innovative solutions in nutrition. The department also emphasizes community service and awareness initiatives.
