About the Department:
The Management Department at the College of Business Administration, Taibah University, is a key contributor to academic excellence and alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. The Department plays an essential role in preparing qualified national graduates who are capable of leading organizations, adopting innovative management thinking, and responding effectively to the evolving business environment.
The Department is supported by a distinguished group of faculty members with expertise in contemporary management disciplines. It provides a stimulating learning environment that develops critical and analytical thinking, encourages creativity, and promotes professional ethics, leadership, and initiative among students.
The Department offers modern academic programs designed in line with national and international standards. These programs are student-centered and
focus on building both knowledge and practical skills in core management areas, including planning, organizing, leadership, and decision-making, with strong emphasis on analytical skills, communication, and teamwork.
The Department emphasizes the integration of theory and practice through applied courses, field training, and community engagement activities. It also actively contributes to scientific research and community service, supporting the development of business organizations and enhancing the quality of academic outcomes.
