Listening and Speaking Skills mainly focuses on the development of the student's skills of listening and speaking. The primary objective of this course is to engage students in a variety of listening activities which connect the classroom to real-world situations. Another major aim of the course is to get learners to speak fluently and accurately without inhibition. The course also guides students to improve their pronunciation and expand their vocabulary Course Main Objective(s): 1. Training students to get the meaning from context in listening tasks. 2. Introducing students to the skill of taking notes on main ideas and specific information of spoken subject matter. 3. Training students to identify stressed words and reductions, while listening to spoken material. 4. Educating students to use polite requests. مهارات المحادثة والاستماع يركز هذا المقرر بشكل أساسي على تطوير مهارتي الاستماع والتحدث لدى الطلاب. الهدف الرئيسي للمادة هو إشراك الطلاب في مجموعة متنوعة من أنشطة الاستماع التي تربط بيئة الفصل الدراسي بالمواقف الواقعية. كما تهدف المادة إلى تمكين الدارسين من التحدث بطلاقة ودقة دون تردد. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يرشد المقرر الطلاب لتحسين نطقهم وتوسيع حصيلتهم اللغوية.
