The course describes and defines characteristics and underlying neuropathology of different types of dysarthria and apraxia of speech including differential diagnosis. In addition, this course covers the assessment and management of motor speech disorders that are related to developmental and acquired and neuromotor disorders, and swallowing disorders. The course describes and defines behavioral characteristics and underlying neuropathology of different types of dysarthria and apraxia of speech.
