Who Can Submit a Report?

  • Any person has the right to submit a report or complaint regarding any financial or administrative violation that falls within the university's jurisdiction.

Reporting Requirements

  • The report must relate to a financial or administrative violation involving the University.
  • The report should be written clearly and include specific facts that can be examined and verified.
  • Any available supporting evidence, documents, or relevant information should be attached.
  • The report must be genuine. Malicious reports or reports submitted with the intent to harm others will not be accepted..
  • The reporter should cooperate with the Internal Audit Department by providing any additional information or supporting documents if requested.

How to Submit a Report

  1. Complete the Report Submission Form

  2. Attach any available supporting evidence or documentation.
  3. Submit the report through one of the approved reporting channels:
    • Official Email: wb@taibahu.edu.sa
    • In-person Meeting: Meet with the Director of the Administration of Internal Audit or an authorized representative.
  • The Internal Audit Department shall maintain the confidentiality of information in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, and approved policies.
  • The whistleblower/reporting party shall be notified of the receipt of the report. Such acknowledgment shall not constitute confirmation of the report's validity or verification of the allegations contained therein.
