Mission

Qualifying professionals with diverse backgrounds and strong Islamic values who are adept at integrating advanced knowledge and technology in clinical laboratory practices to elevate the standard of healthcare services. CLS program also focuses on orienting scientific research endeavors toward solving health issues and fostering health awareness, thereby amplifying its impact on community service and social well-being.

 

About the Department

The Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences at Taibah University was established in 1427–1428H (2006–2007) as the first department of the College of Applied Medical Sciences. It later expanded to include male students, contributing to meeting the national demand for medical laboratory professionals. With a team of qualified faculty in diverse laboratory specialties, the department is committed to delivering high-quality education and training, preparing graduates who are scientifically and practically competent to serve the community and advance healthcare in the Kingdom.
