It is a postgraduate (Master's) program offered by the Department of Orientalism in the College of Arts and Humanities at Taibah University. The program aims to establish a high-standard research environment rooted in a balanced Islamic worldview that enriches specialized knowledge in the field of Islamic studies as approached by Orientalists.
Master of Arts in Orientalism (Islamic Studies in the Writings of Orientalists)
Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in a humanities or Islamic studies discipline with a minimum grade of "Very Good." They must also meet the general admission requirements for graduate studies at Taibah University.
Transfer is possible in accordance with the graduate studies regulations at Taibah University regarding internal transfers between similar departments and programs. More information is available via the university website or by contacting the College's Vice-Deanship for Graduate Studies.
The program is offered in evening classes and follows a full-time study format.
