Developing outstanding administrative leaders and entrepreneurs who possess the knowledge, skills, and competencies required by the labor market, through innovative education and student-centered learning; conducting high-impact scientific research; and serving the management profession and the community.

About the Department:

The Department of Management was established in the academic year 1430/1431 AH. The College of Business Administration in Yanbu has been keen to offer a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management through a curriculum designed in a modern academic manner to meet the needs and requirements of the labor market in Yanbu Governorate. The department was officially activated at the beginning of the academic year 1433/1434 AH. In addition, two programs were introduced in the year 1447 AH: the Supply Chain Management program and the Human Resource Management program.

Based on the department’s vision and mission, the department strives to achieve the following objectives:

  • Provide students with high-quality management education to develop innovative leaders and management professionals with ethical and social responsibility to meet the challenges of a globally competitive business environment.

  • Develop academic and professional programs that meet the diverse needs of students and the business community.

  • Strive for excellence in teaching and learning within a student-centered learning environment and aim for international recognition in scientific research.

  • Foster a culture of intellectual contributions that are recognized both academically and by the business community, particularly through the creation and application of new knowledge in management practices.

  • Provide services that address the personal and professional needs of students, the university, alumni, management professionals, and the academic community.

  • Develop and nurture strong partnerships with alumni, business organizations, government entities, academic communities, and other stakeholders to support economic development in Yanbu and surrounding areas.

  • Obtain national academic accreditation from the NCAAA (National Center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment).
