About the Department

The Department of Management was established in the academic year 1430/1431 AH. The College of Business Administration in Yanbu has been keen to offer a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management through a curriculum designed in a modern academic manner to meet the needs and requirements of the labor market in Yanbu Governorate. The department was officially activated at the beginning of the academic year 1433/1434 AH. In addition, two programs were introduced in the year 1447 AH: the Supply Chain Management program and the Human Resource Management program.

Department Objectives

  • Provide high-quality business education to develop innovative leaders and management professionals with strong ethical and social responsibility, capable of addressing the challenges of today's globally competitive business environment.

  • Develop academic and professional programs that meet the diverse needs of students and the business community.

  • Pursue excellence in teaching and learning through a student-centered learning environment, while achieving international recognition in scientific research.

  • Foster a culture of scholarly and intellectual contributions recognized by both academia and the business community, with an emphasis on generating and applying new knowledge to management practice.

  • Deliver services that support the personal and professional development of students, the University, alumni, management professionals, and the academic community.

  • Develop and sustain strong partnerships with alumni, business organizations, government agencies, academic institutions, and other stakeholders to contribute to the economic development of Yanbu and the surrounding region.

  • Achieve and maintain national academic accreditation from the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA).
