On behalf of all members of the College of Science at Taibah University, I am pleased to welcome you to the website of the College of Science.
The College of Science is one of the leading colleges at Taibah University and among the oldest colleges established at the university. It comprises five scientific departments that offer several academic programs granting degrees at the diploma, bachelor’s, and master’s levels. The College constantly strives to introduce new academic programs across various levels that align with labor market needs and are inspired by the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 strategies.
The College is committed to continuous development in all areas that contribute to enhancing the educational and research process—beginning with the educational and research infrastructure and culminating in its academic programs. This is all in pursuit of graduating competent students, both academically and professionally, to contribute effectively to building a prosperous knowledge-based society.
Academic accreditation of its programs is a principal goal of the College. The Bachelor of Mathematics program has obtained full academic accreditation from the Education & Training Evaluation Commission, represented by the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation. The College is also working toward accrediting all its bachelor’s programs during the current academic year, God willing, which will enhance its outcomes and raise the competency of its graduates.
Scientific research is one of the College’s top priorities. The College hosts a distinguished faculty of international reputation according to the highest scientific rankings. They work within well-equipped teams and laboratories that significantly contribute to the University’s ranking both locally and internationally.
The College also seeks to establish several partnerships with civil society institutions and provides community services covering various fields, highlighting the role of the College and the University in the community of Taybah Al-Tayyibah, and leaving a positive impact on all members of society.
Finally, I am pleased to invite you, through the College’s website, to explore our diverse academic programs, learn about our scientific achievements, and review our community initiatives. We also look forward to receiving your opinions and suggestions.
