The Deanship of Human Resources and Capability Development is committed to fostering a positive, motivating, and high-performing work environment that attracts, develops, and retains talented individuals across all fields. We firmly believe in our vital role in supporting the University’s vision and mission by empowering its most valuable asset — its people.

The Deanship oversees all matters related to university personnel, including recruitment, contracting, training, scholarships, promotions, and employee benefits. It also plans workforce needs and recruits qualified professionals in collaboration with partners both within and outside the Kingdom. In addition, it is dedicated to enhancing employee competencies through comprehensive training and development programs.

We continuously strive to refine our procedures, streamline our operations, and deliver efficient, high-quality services that contribute to the advancement and excellence of our University.
